UPlus Announces Two Strategic Appointments
Ian Shanks joins UPlus as Depot Manager of its new Scottish depot to support the UPlus services team in Scotland and offer a range of services and products to the natural gas, LPG water and wastewater utilities and private customers.

Ian joins UPlus from Phoenix Northern where he was responsible for overseeing operations in Scotland and England for Gas, Water and Telecommunication duct installations and brings over 23 years of industry experience to the role.
David Macdonald joins UPlus as Business Development Manager having previously held the same position at Complete Energy Solutions, part of the JFD group of companies where he has a history of exceeding targets.
David, who has 22 years of industry experience, says; "I look forward to promoting the existing services that UPlus provides to the gas industry and developing the range further and to a wider audience. UPlus is ideally placed to introduce our safe and secure installations and services to downstream networks of gas mains."
Both appointments will report to Dave Sykes, Head of Operations, UPlus.
