Radius’ Employee Completes Marathon Hat Trick
Radius' employee, Andy Ball, has completed his third London Marathon and hopes to raise £600 for charity.
Andy completed the 26.2 mile race, which took place on Sunday 25 April, in 4 hours and 15 minutes. "This was my third London Marathon and although I really enjoyed it, it seems to get tougher each time. Thanks to everyone who sponsored me and helped support my chosen charities. I can't wait to do it again next year."
The money raised will be donated to Cerebral Palsy Sport and the local Kirkstead Junior School in Pinxton. Donations can be made until the end of May at: http://uk.virginmoneygiving.com/AndrewBall
Andy was also one of three Radius' employees that took part in the first ever 'Kilomathon' from Nottingham to Derby in March. His colleagues, Gary Wain and Matt Cooper raised £727for the Hope for Children Charity and £745 for the Breast Cancer Campaign respectively.
Thanks to all Radius suppliers, customers and colleagues who sponsored these runners and helped support these charities.
