Multi-Lingual Eddy Helps Radius Build Eastern Europe Presence
Radius Systems is continuing its expansion drive with the appointment of Eddy Lewoski as regional sales manager for Eastern Europe.
Eddy has over 20 years' experience in export markets for the industry, and although based in the UK, will be responsible for growing Radius Systems' business in European markets like Poland, the Ukraine and Russia.
Eddy's background, which began in sales, incorporates extensive work on electrofusion and compression fittings for the gas and water industries worldwide, as well as training installation engineers.
With a Polish father and Austrian mother, Eddy already has a significant advantage when it comes to local languages, being fluent in Polish, German and Spanish, additionally speaking some French and basic Japanese.
Eddy's three children -- two sons (16 and 12), and a 14-year-old daughter -- are certainly continuing the family tradition; all speak fluent Japanese, as their mother is from Japan.
Eddy manages to find a bit of spare time for golf and snooker between travels and is currently busy learning another language -- the language of Radius pipes!
